Chef De Partie Full time, to join our talented chefs in our Rosette awarded kitchen. Competitive rates of pay and opportunities for growth and promotion.

Commis Chef Full Time to join our talented chefs work in our Rosette awarded kitchen. Competitive rates of pay and opportunities for growth and promotion.

Restaurant Supervisor Full Time,  for our 4 star Atlantic Sea View Dining and Breakfast Room

Bar Person – Full time to work in our 4 star hotel bar and in our AA Rosette Restaurant

Book Keeper- Weekly bookkeeping, Monthly Payroll, Monthly Management Accounts, VAT Return preparation, Previous experience essential
Sage Accounts and payroll experience desirable

Casual/Part time Events and Function Staff

Part-Time Breakfast Chef

Day Porter 3 days a week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Night Porter – 2 nights per week 10pm-7am

Chamber Maids x2 Full Time Position from April 2017
