Positions currently available:
**Head Chef – Full Time. We have an exciting career opportunity for a Head Chef to join our stunning AA Awarded Hotel & AA rosette Restaurant Silks Bistro & Champagne Bar. As Head Chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, taking responsibility for delivering the best possible guest experience to keep customers returning by ensuring that the highest standards are achieved through the effective management. You will also need work well under pressure and to be able to support and motivate your team.**
Events Assistant -Average 40 hours per week, shift work including evenings, weekends & public holidays. An exciting new role for an Events Assistant is responsible for assisting the Hotel Management in all aspects of planning, organising and running events for the Hotel.
Duty Manager Full Time To join our management team, we are looking for a confident, experienced Duty Manager ready to lead and work alongside our team.
Restaurant Supervisor Full Time- 5 days a week, to work in our AA Rosette Restaurant Silks Bistro & Champagne Bar and 4 Star Hotel. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive can-do attitude to supervise our AA Rosette Award Winning Silks Bistro & Champagne Bar.
Breakfast Chef- Full Time 5-6 days a week, we are looking for a talented chef with a flair for creating luxury breakfasts, using the highest quality ingredients, our breakfast buffet includes a large range of luxury items, all which need to be prepared and presented at the highest quality, as well as served perfectly cooked Full English Breakfasts cooked to order.
Head Receptionist, To join our management team, Immediate start To join our busy reservations and Reception Team. We are looking for a confident, friendly, out going Head Receptionist who is able to lead our busy reception and reservations team, ensuring first class customer service is delivered at all times.
Restaurant Assistant Manager, Full Time, for our 4 star Atlantic Sea View Dining and Breakfast Room
Breakfast Waiter/ Waitress- Full time, to work in our beautiful sea view breakfast room and functions and events.
Bar Person – Full time to work in our 4-star hotel bar and in our AA Rosette Restaurant, serving high-end cocktails, an extensive wine and champagne list, and providing the highest level of customer service
x 2 Chambermaids- Full time to join our busy housekeeping team, ensuring our 4 star standards are met in our stunning sea view rooms and suites
