Start with our roasted parsnip soup, parsnip crisp and curried crème fraiche or chicken liver parfait, pickled wild mushrooms and toasted brioche to get things underway. For those wanting a taste of the sea, there’s Lemon and Dill Dressed North Atlantic Prawns with a refreshing Avocado Puree and Shredded Cos Lettuce.
As the scintillating scent of saffron potatoes, roasted root vegetable hot pot, and glazed parsnips emerges from the kitchen, you’ll be ready for your main. Try a succulent roast breast and leg of turkey with a moist sage and chestnut stuffing, juicy pig in blanket, crispy roast potatoes and the chef’s special roast gravy.
