Our Favourite Silks Dishes

We love nothing more than a delicious dining experience here at the Atlantic Hotel and so we’ve picked out some of our top picks from our tempting menu to show you…

The Trio of Pork Loin is a sumptuous dish made up of mushroom rolled pork fillet, braised pork daube and crackling, with butternut squash puree, crushed peas and seasonal vegetables.


If you’re in the mood for Italian, why not try the roasted vegetable, tomato and goats cheese linguini? Full of flavour and deliciousness!


When it comes to dessert, there’s an array of choices but one of our favourites at the moment is the divine chocolate tart with Cornish clotted cream and orange dressing.

If you’re not in the mood for chocolate, why not try the sumptuous passion fruit posset with mango sorbet and biscotti crumb? It’s a revitalising dessert that leaves your palate refreshed.
