Padstow Vintage Rally and Country Fair
Steadily growing into quite an event, the Padstow Vintage Rally features a line up of entertainment and exhibitors. Watch a falconry show, enjoy the music festival and the plenty of entertainers that are there for the kids! You’ll get to see exhibits of steam engines, tractors, cars and enjoy demonstrations from spoon carvers and blacksmiths!
Bodmin Riding and Heritage Day
If you’d like to catch a glimpse of the infamous Beast of Bodmin Moor, then pay a visit to the Bodmin Riding and Heritage Day, where there’ll be a food festival, circus acts, dancers and musicians.
Penzance Literary Festival
Why not take a day out to visit the Penzance Literary Festival and be inspired by the written word? You’ll be able to enjoy the celebration of books, reading and writing, as well as experiencing some performance poetry, music and theatre.
Cornwall based authors will make an appearance, such as Patrick Gale, Philip Marsden and Nina Stibbe.
Stithians Show
Take a trip to Stithians show, which is Cornwall’s biggest agricultural show with plenty to see! There is plenty of entertainment and craft stalls and showing opportunities where you’ll be able to meet all sorts of animals and watch dog shows and agility as well as craft and cookery competitions.
UK Surf Rowers League Surfboats Summer Series
Watergate Bay will play host to the penultimate leg of the competition where surf boat racing crews will navigate the waves in their rowing boats. Watch some fearless rowing from men and women as they compete to win the title!
Lusty Glaze Dodgeball Tournament
Beautiful Lusty Glaze beach is hosting its annual dodgeball tournament where there’ll be taster sessions and live music in the evening. There’s food and drinks available so why not order a pint, find a comfy spot on the sand and watch teams in fancy dress playing for the title!
